Some people may be wondering why my old YouTube channel got deleted... Well to be honest there were 2 reasons for it.
The first reason was that there was a security breach in it on 2 occasions which led me to believe someone had tried to hack into it. Second was that the channel itself had become too stale. Even though I was nearing the 4000 watch hour mark (3000+) I still decided to close it down. It was a tough decision.
One major thing happened in the process which was very unfortunate. While deleting a folder with my old thumbnails, I accidently deleted part of my upload .mp4 video files. This meant that I could no longer bring all my up-to-date videos over to my GamerPotion YouTube channel 😥
Anyway, fast forward a few weeks and months and in my new and current YouTube channel, I am now able to upload content that I feel will do well and I am happy to produce. It will be interesting to see how long it will take me to reach the view-count status of Mighty Rick Gaming.
